The Heavy Duty 5015 Security Grille delivers uncompromising protection while maintaining an inviting, open-air aesthetic. Engineered for demanding environments like parking garages and retail storefronts, this rolling grille features a unique reinforced industrial-grade curtain, best suited for high-volume commercial spaces without a secondary level of security that still require continuous ventilation and clear sightlines.

The curtain is made with solid rods spaced 25% closer together than standard designs, combined with 50% heavier gauge links. Plus, heavy-duty tube spacers are installed on every grille rod to maximize structural integrity and longevity. The 5015 is also highly customizable. The tube spacers can be powder-coated to complement your building's design, and the entire system is available in a variety of premium materials, finishes, and operator configurations.

Usage

The grilles are constructed for daily use and can withstand operation of up to 20 cycles per day – that’s 50K cycles for the lifetime of the grille. Dependent on curtain configuration and spring selection.

This grille is also available in 100K, high cycle construction for more than 20 cycles per day.

If your requirements call for increased speed (up to 24 inches per second), more than 50 cycles per day, or 300,000 cycles lifetime, consider our line of High Performance products.

5015 Security Grille High Cycle Construction

The 5015 grille can be upgraded to a special higher-cycle construction to last up to 100,000 cycles. For grilles requiring more more than 50 cycles per day or a 300,000-cycle lifetime, we recommend the Extreme 300 Series Grille.
