Counter Fire Door

Our counter fire doors provide a highly dependable, UL-labeled barrier for counter-height and full-height openings, containing fires for up to three hours. To enhance occupant safety, these doors can be equipped with the SmokeShield® system for advanced smoke protection, or paired with our AlarmGard® operating system for automatic, fail-safe activation during emergencies. Engineered to have the most compact footprint on the market, the door utilizes an in-tube hand crank, concealed smoke gasketing, and a bottom bar that nests flush into the headbox for a clean, soffit-like appearance.

This sleek design features color-matched steel fasteners and a wide range of RAL powder coat colors to blend with any aesthetic. For an effortless installation, choose the optional factory-assembled integral frame and sill configuration, which is UL-labeled for up to 1 ½ hours of fire and smoke protection.

Sizes

The maximum limits listed in our UL procedure are for counter fire doors up to 16’-0” wide, 10’-0” high with a 120 sq ft maximum. If the counter shutter is over 12’ wide the limit is 7’6” high.
For openings that fall outside of the standard construction, please contact us.

22 gauge galvanized steel
