Model Number: Fusible Link Fire Door Operator

The FireGard FGH Motor Operator can be used on fire doors and insulated fire doors that cycle up to 20 times per day. When there is an active fire, the door will be activated once the heat and/ or flames melt the fusible link bringing the door safely to the ground at a speed that will not exceed 9" per second. This will allow a barrier to be created to prevent smoke and fire from spreading through out the building.   

The FireGard FGH operator is available in multiple horsepower's, including: 
⅓, ½, ¾, 1, 1 ½, 2, 3
There are also models available up to 7 ½ HP,  as special order for larger doors.
